Warning and engine lights galore. Tires are bald. Looks like mold on the headliner and fabric between the front passenger and rear passenger doors. Damage to interior not represented in photos.

Great car overall. Surprisingly fast and comfortable. Very economical. Has many luxury options. I installed an upgraded NAV (with 2012 maps), Back-up cam, and DVD player. Great stereo. Great MPG. Huge trunk with 60/40 split rear seat. Black/Black.

>> I've the 2.0Turbo (petrol), which is quite handy in terms of performance. Its probably not blistering fast, but as the revs pick up, the pace steadily builds up to have a crecendo, when one truly has to ease on the throttle. >> The braking is quite adequate, but its probably the only area that I would have something better in the car, not that its bad or so, but it could be even better. >> I've heard the gripe about the visibility, which no doubt is quite compromised with this design (4 dr coupe), but hardly something that I would gripe about. I've been in vehicles (including the new Camaro), that have even poor visibility. But in the CC, I've not felt that visibility has been curbed too much to limit the fun of driving. >> The seating is tremendous, being quite low, it adds to the feel of being in a coupe / sports oriented vehicle (I've no doubt put it at the seat at the lowest setting). >> The features of the paddle shifter, with the settings for suspension (comfort / normal / sport), greatly affect the driving pleasure (in a good way). Other features like the automatic parking, touch screen player (I don't have the navigation), with 6 cd changer are great additions, that make the car special. >> Build quality is excellent, as I've had the car since Sept '09 and so far there's nothing to complain about. >> Appearance ... this is why anyone would buy the CC, I feel. Truly gorgeous, both inside and out. Infact I'd been more impressed with the exteriors, when I saw it in photos, the interiors seemed very much like a standard Passat (which is in no way inspiring to say the least - great quality though), but when I saw it in person, I was really impressed by the interiors (should I say it impressed me more than the exteriors). The steering wheel was different from the Passat (the new steering wheel also found in the upcoming Touareg), with a better air-con setup, etc. The seats also greatly added to the overall look of the interiors, so much so that I was hooked then on. >> Ownership cost, had an issue with a dead battery, which I'd replaced at my own cost, as it was weekend and getting dealer assistance wasn't really feasible (unless I had to wait for a couple of days, which I wasn't, as it was truly a busy weekend), but I assume it would depend on individual dealers (I live in Dubai), so far the dealers here are quite good, though haven't had to service my vehicle so far (service here is at 15,000kms and done about half that so far). >> Fun factor.... truly enjoyable drive, infact I'd gone some 350kms in it, great drive, with very good fuel mileage (consumed less than half the tank) judiciously using the cruise control for the most part, comfortable ride (obviously the road was smooth), stable in high speeds, though I had been aware of the cross winds. But truly it was an enjoyable experience, as even after the one-stop long drive, there was hardly any fatigue (both driver and passenger).

Its a beautifully designed automobile mid-class luxury sedan / sport. Offered in numerous packages the CC is a very very good value in competition with Lexus Audi Toyota Nissan. I believe this is a very affordable mid class luxury sports sedan.

I think it is a success for VW to have built this car. I have never imagined they would make this, the alternative for Audi cars. Thank you for such a powerful car with a small turbo engine. thank you.
