I told them I did not appreciate their tactics to try and get my personal info just to try and sell me a different car. "

And I personally had to give the vin # of the car I was looking for that was posted on their site. The whole situation was irritating and time wasting. I waited for them to find the car and clean it up before I was able to see it. Only to be disappointed because it was in very rough shape. I left upset of course because it was exactly what I was looking to but of course not in very good condiotion. The dealer called me for a review days later.. of course I have them my peice of mind while also being very patient and understanding. So they took and cleaned the vehicle up and contacted me when it was ready again. I got to drive it and was given the option to buy by still couldn't make a commitment because of the condition I had saw the vehicle in before. I decided I would at least make an offer two days later to see where things went with a deal. Only to have my phone calls ignored, and then get a call back later to let me know the vehicle sold the day before. I am a extremely patient person, but wasn't very happy about how knowledgeable the dealer was about the inventory they have. "
