They gave me appointment to see the car. I came for appointment driving over 60 miles after getting there,they told me to wait because they were going to bring the car around for me to see and text drive. I waited for half an hour and then they came and told me they have sold the car and they have audacity to tell me they recommend another dealer which is about two miles from themto check them out.

Inquired about the vehicle. They said it sold months ago. "They keep it up to show what's available." Not very smart on their part.

Called back promptly, honest and straightforward

I bought this car, then the dealer realized the key fob was broke and I couldn’t open the back hatch or doors so he is working on getting it fixed and even told me he would deliver it to me (I live 40 minutes away) so honestly I’m happy with his customer service so far for not letting me drive it home without fixing the issue that was wrong.

I drove there to see that the car has been hit at some time and not repaired, front end damage. Scary not knowing what else is damaged that you cannot see. I looked the car over and left no one ever came out of the office to assist me.

They did email me but no anwers for this car the car looks that is missing one of the little lights on far bottom. I ask a question about that but no one reach out to me.
