When the manager came over and approached us, he never greeted us with a handshake or how are you. He proceeded to tell us that the car had only been on the lot 10 days and he knew it would sale so they weren't going to budge on anything. Now in Maryland paintless dent repair is 100.00 a dent, so he basically let walk out over 200.00. I will never visit that store again. That is way to much money to spend and be treated like that. "
