In the picture it shows 4 black rims but when I got there one 1 wheel looked like the picture everything else was switched. It seemed like he was too busy talking with his friends then actually making a deal. "

Despite that let down, I still went into the dealership to test drive the vehicle and was perfectly frank about already being pre-approved and what I could afford to put down. The "Man behind the curtain" gave the salesman I was working with an offer to present to me that was absolutely NOTHING special. It was full price plus taxes, license and ALL FEES tacked on but with asking me to put FOUR times more down then I had said I wanted to. This was a complete insult after I had asked for some kind of deal and they basically moved the numbers to hope I wouldn't notice they were still getting Full asking price plus all taxes and fees for the car. I walked out - .....Now a week later - the price of the car has been RAISED by $4,000! WOW. Really not satisfied with the service nor the integrity of this dealership. Which is sad because the young man trying to help me was very nice. I feel bad he's trying to sell cars at that place when his finance manager won't work with people what so ever. "

My husband told Billy that he is a Certified Master Toyota Mechanic, and asked if we could lift the car and look underneath, Billy said that was fine, that it was a pure care and he would never waist our time driving 9 hours to get there if it wasn't worth it (we live in Idaho). He had us put a $500 deposit down over the phone to hold the car. We drove up that Saturday, through the pouring rain and snow for nine hours. We finally arrived at the dealership. Billy came out and shook our hands and took off back inside, and sent some other car salesman that didn't even introduce himself out to go on the test drive. We drove the car, it drove fine. When we got back to the dealership my husband and I started looking over the interior of the car. My husband picks up the floor mat in the back seat and sees a giant bump in the floorboard of the car. We look underneath and there is a huge dent in the body of the car, affecting the cars frame. He automatically said we aren't getting the car. After dragging my husband and his brother clear to Seattle, missing a days worth of work salary from taking the day off, having to pay for a hotel room, and being so excited to go get this car, I was devastated. I started crying and went back and sat in our car. My husband, seeing how upset I was, went inside and tried to talk to Billy, asking if he would come down on the price (by the looks of the damage it would probably have taken at least $6000 to fix). Billy just told him "No this car just isn't for you". Then it took two and a half weeks to see the $500 back on my credit card statement. Why this dealership thinks it's even remotely acceptable to sell a car with frame damage to people is beyond me. Whether you're a used car dealer or not the cars should not have frame, or any body damage for that matter."

The person that I first talked to had a client, so she introduced a different seller who was very helpful. They didn't want to negotiate. They did give me used car mats that I had to ask for. It was pouring down rain, and I didn't want to get the floor all dirty. They almost weren't going to give them. To me. That one small thing I would have left. The sales agent was excellent, and I didn't want to drive to Tacoma, so I bought my car here. So far it's a great car. I would have given a higher rating if they would negotiate a lil and cut the time down that I was there. I am pleased with my car "
