2007 Saturn Sky Red Line Review
by Adam

So much fun, you will hate rainy days.

This is my daily driver. Anyone who says it cannot be used as a daily driver is foolish. Considering it gets great gas mileage it SHOULD be used as a daily driver. The trunk is small, but I can still fit almost a months worth of groceries in it and still put the top down. Whoever has problems with trunk space should learn how to pack better.

Avg. Dealer Rating: (17 reviews) "My experience at PBG of Boyertown was thoroughly negative from start to finish. For starters, Jim (one of the managers there) was incredibly arrogant and condescending towards my family and me. It was a cold Saturday and we were shopping for a car. Jim rudely scoffed at us and literally said, "Wow you guys are car shopping today? You guys must hate yourselves." What a ludicrous thing to say when you're "trying" to make a sale. I then explained that we were just shopping around because I wanted to get the best deal. His response was incredibly patronizing and condescending. He basically laughed in my face and said, "Well it's not all about the price." And went on to say that it's also about the mileage, equipment, etcetera of the car, as if I didn't already know that or consider those things. I am a Penn State alum who graduated with a 3.7 GPA. How dare he try to insinuate that I had no idea what I was doing. I had been researching ALL ASPECTS of cars nonstop in hopes of finding the perfect deal. Yet Jim still talked down to us rather than helping us. I should've turned away from this dealership after that. However, I fell in love with a white 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback. Karl was my sales rep. and he knew I was fully intending to purchase. There was a crack in the passenger side mirror, though, and I was told that they had ordered the mirror to fix it. On Monday, I spoke with Karl via phone who told me he wasn't sure how long the mirror would take to arrive. He wanted me to come to the dealership to put a down payment on the car. I said that if he could keep me posted on the progress with the mirror, I would make sure to get to the bank and drop the money off at the dealership by Thursday. (This was the earliest I could get there, since I had no car. I needed to work around my parents' schedules. Karl knew this.) Karl also knew that I wanted the car, planned on making a down payment, and that I had every intent of finalizing the sale as soon as the mirror was fixed. I called Karl on Tuesday to check to see if the mirror was fixed. By Wednesday, I hadn't heard back from him so I called back again. It was Karl's day off, so I spoke with the sales manager, Kevin. Kevin said that he would find out the status and call me back. Almost 3 hours went by and finally I got a call from Karl, who said, "yeah they sold that Ford today." I was in disbelief. I said, "You sold it knowing that I wanted it and was planning on coming there tomorrow to put money down on it?" He rudely responded, "Uhh YEAH. I TOLD you we couldn't hold a car with no money down on it." So, not only was Jim (one of the managers) rude to us, but also our sales rep. Karl did not have our backs when it came to our sale. The manager Kevin also didn't even have the respect/decency to call me back with the news that they had sold a car I was serious about purchasing. Instead, he made Karl call me and tell me on his day off. ALSO I'm pretty sure they had no intention of fixing the mirror. So, if you just purchased a white 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback from this place, double check the passenger side mirror. I don't recommend visiting this dealership. Do business at Fred Beans Ford in Boyertown instead. "
