Used 2007 Nissan 350Z for Sale near Chicago, IL
The 2007 Nissan 350Z gets a new VQ engine this year, but it only boosts the horsepower by six. The 3.5-liter V6 now hits 306-hp and is coupled with either a 6-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmission. Sitting low on 18-inch wheels, the sports car comes as either a coupe or convertible in seven different trims. Both styles are offered as Enthusiast, Touring, or Grand Touring, with the requisite bumps in standard features and performance. The coupe also comes in a base model 6MT.
The curvy little 2007 350Z also gets a new hood and more airbags on convertible models. Standard features include ABS brakes, power windows, locks, and mirrors, and air conditioning. Traction control and dual front airbags are standard only on Touring and Grand Touring trims. The Enthusiast adds power seats and a glass rear window with defrost and wind-block in convertible models. Touring trims have luxurious heated leather seats. The Grand Touring offers larger wheels and front and rear spoilers. A specially tuned performance model, the GT-S, has hit the show circuit at 382-hp, but was designed with commercial use in mind, and may well yet get beyond the concept stage.
Great noise and terrific speeds are this sports car's obvious highlights. At 0-60 in under six seconds, it's a blast to drive. Handling is rated highly, as is acceleration power. A tiny trunk and poorly designed cupholders are minor tradeoffs. The doors are heavy, and combined with the low seats, makes it hard to get in and out.

Love Love Love the 350z Roadster! Truly a great body design that won't go away. This is what a roadster should feel like, so much fun to drive yet surprising reliable. Taking corners in this roadster makes driver feel in complete control of car and road.
Performance - Very quick acceleration. Faster with traction control turned off. Build Quality - Had to have a headlight replaced due to a manufacturing defect. Has a squeak somewhere that i cant seem to figure out. Appearance - I love it. Cost of ownership - I get about 27 miles to the gallon. I do my own services, so that is cheap. Fun Factor - It is a blast to drive.
This car is great! Good power, great looks, and it’s not too stiff on the road even in WI. The cons… the seats aren’t that nice. They look good but the support sucks. It’s also smaller than you might think it is in the cabin for the driver. If you’re over 6’3” or you’re a bit large you might have some problems. Overall I’m happy with the purchase
Owning this car is like taking a trip down memory lane. The 350z does everything my very modified 71 240z did but vastly better. The total package is faster, smoother, handles and stops better, looks just as good, more comfortable, better equipped, and turns heads just like the original. Adding cruise control, air conditioning, leather, and premium sound makes it a 240z beater in every category. The cost for all this is only twice as much using todays money so the price is right. I actually chose the automatic for ease of driving and am very glad I did. The drive is effortless at minimal cost (nobody catches me anyway) without the need to shift and avoid any clutch or transmission problems along the way. I really don't miss the old four or five speeds of the past. Gone are the work commutes and with retirement comes the joy of just driving a superb sports car whenever I want too. I do miss the old Datsun emblem from time to time! Well done Nissan!
