About 2007 Mazda MAZDA5
Overview
Mazda expanded its line of compact, front-wheel-drive Mazda 5 minivans for 2007 by adding an upscale Grand Touring trim package, which joined two other versions, the Sport and the Touring. All three Mazda 5 models were powered by a 2.3-liter four-cylinder engine that generated 157 horsepower. The Grand Touring came with a four-speed automatic transmission as standard equipment, while for the Sport and Touring packages a five-speed manual transmission was standard, and the automatic was optional.
In keeping with recent Mazdas, the list of standard features for the Mazda 5 models was extensive. Air conditioning, power windows, power door locks, anti-locks brakes, cruise control, and keyless entry were standard on all vehicles, while the Touring package added a power moonroof, and the Grand Touring package added Xenon headlights, heated front seats, and leather-trimmed seats.
Drivers liked the Mazda 5's versatility, roominess (especially in the rear seats), performance, and styling, and for the most part, had few negative comments about the vehicle.

We like the appearance, the comfort is adequate, no blind spots, tight steering and handling, five speed manual is fun to drive, Acceleration is good with five speed manual, braking is normal, cornering is better than other vans we have owned. Once we get past the repair on the rear suspension the van will be a keeper.

I love it. It's perfect w our boys now 6 & 8. The back row is best for 5'3" and under. Perfect for those who want functionality of minivan but only have two kids. Versatile. Fold all seats down for full out cargo hauling. A mini mini van

Very versatile especially for us who regularly transport 6 people around..!! Performance is adequate and quite good for such a big car... Build quality is as you would expect from a Japanese manufacturer and economy is better than I could have imagined.. I'm getting nearly 50mpg..!!! Drive is smooth if somewhat lacking in adventure.. Engine needs driving hard to achieve it's best performance..

I love it. It looks like a van but is so much more. Performance is awesome. Cost is very reasonable. I am not a very flashy fast perosn so the fun factor is a minimal for me. I enjoy it and that is all that matters.
