The entire history of the Lexus SC series of sports coupes has been marred by criticism of its lack of invigoration. Full enjoyment of the SC driving experience really depends on the driver's needs and expectations. The SC 430 offers no surprise with respect to Lexus attributes: it is quiet, comfortable, safe, and reliable. However, the somewhat floaty suspension feel may make the more eager drivers a little nervous through tighter turns.
