So helpful to work with Salesman Rylee Peterson to investigate remotely the vehicle they had at Norvohm Motors nearly 500 miles from my home. Rylee did a video walk around the vehicle for me I was interested in, answering my questions as he did in what looked like a snow storm. His personal assistance was above and beyond what I anticipated from a dealership salesman and would definately check with them again, for my next vehicle purchases in the future.

I purchased the 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid from this dealership. These crooks marked up $2000 dollars worth of paint/fabric option claiming that it was free. This is one of the most deceptive dealership, DO NOT Shop with them. When confronted about the additional cost, they refused to reimburse me; claiming that its already on the car.

I did buy the vehicle.When you go to there dealership, there auto's are ready to be sold.I looked at many Yukons and Suburbans and most auto lots you go to they are dirty,have lights or obvious things that need to be addressed to be sold.Not here everything on there lot that was out for sale looks ready to sell.No slick selling here just honest negotiation.

I spoke with the dealer and he was knowledgeable about the car. It is a nice vehicle, but it is 14 years old. For that reason it is not worth the cost. If it was $1,000.00 less it would be a good purchase for its age.

Johnathan and Pam were great. Owner willing to negotiate. Their shop replaced front break pads before Purchase. Allowed mobile mechanic to thoroughly check Car before purchasing. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
