I contacted the dealership and asked if I can go to Connecticut from Massachusetts to see the car, I gave an offer and everything. I went in 2 days later to test drive the car and was hoping to come back with the car. I arrived, walked around their lot to see what other cars they might have that I would like but my mind was set on this specific car. I walker into the dealership the receptionist was very friendly I told her what car I was there for and she said that there was really no one to get the car that I would have to wait a few minutes..20 mins later one of the salesman Kaster pulled up the 2009 Volkswagen CC. I walked out to test drive the car just to be very disappointed with the interior of the car the leather seats was all ripped the ceiling of the car was falling apart got my clothes all dirty. I was very upset because I feel like I should've been informed about the interior of the vehicle especially driving 2 hours from Massachusetts to see the vehicle."
