When we called the dealership in the morning they said multiple people had shown interest in the car and we needed to see it as soon as possible if we were seriously considering a purchase. We drove an hour and a half one way that same day only to find out it had already been sold earlier in the week and was no longer available. A huge waste of our time and gas! Would never trust this dealership again!"

They were very helpful in answering questions and responded in a very acceptable time frame to my emails and questions. I am 100% certain I would have given a 5 star rating and possible would have been a repeat customer. However that's where this story stops. My problem and consequently poor rating comes from the fact that there was an agreed upon price for a vehicle, a buyers order written up and presented to my bank for loan approval, a loan approved for this vehicle, and a date set to see/buy. Unfortunately since I was from a different state than the dealer, I asked if there was anything I could do to put a hold on the vehicle and no response was given to this question. THE DAY BEFORE I had scheduled and was supposed to drive and buy this vehicle, It was sold to someone else. What ever happened to standing behind someones word. I feel very let down by this dealership and also feel that this is a very unprofessional behavior for a business to conduct. Scott"
