Finally got an XJ! 4.2 V8, but the aluminium body makes it no heavier on fuel than my previous 3.0 V6 X Type. Hit the sport button and this car really shifts. Big and comfy, superb handling. It's a big car but it somehow shrinks around you when you drive it. I'm in love!

Great performance and handling. Extraordinary comfort at all speeds.
Not for everyone as it's maintenance cost can be a serious drawback unless you strictly follow the maintenance schedule. I love it!

I like the power yet the comfort and feel of the car. Handles curves very well and engine is very strong.i like the luxury and feel of the jaguar family.great family car as well and fun to drive. Compared to other cars i would say jaguar is 10 steps above the rest.

2004 XJ8 - great ride! Impressive, great looks. Runs like a champ. Power galore. Big V8 engine gets off of the line in a hurry and can move around corners like a sports car. Impress your friends and drive a Jaguar.

We bought this car 3 months ago. Fantastic travelling car. Sooooo much value for the money when you buy these used. Own one of the classic luxury barges appointed in leather, and wood, loaded for less then a new chevy midsize.
