Strait from the factory this machine puts out 310 hp, and 335 lb/ft tq. at the crank. Acceleration is pretty impressive, it will pull hard from 0-130mph. The car comes stock with sub frame connectors so off the line you will have no problem hooking up. This car comes standard with the cobra brake system so when you need to stop on a dime it'll do nothing short of that. As far as purchasing aftermarket parts for this car, bolt-ons will not really do awhole lot other than make the car louder. I already have almost 2k into my car. Steeda CAI, Steeda Underdrive pulleys, Steeda tri-ax short throw shifter, Bassani O/R x-pipe, Borla Stingers cat-back exhuast, and a Diablosport Predator Tuner. To be honest, the only thing that I have noticed a power gain from was the tuner. What this car really needs is forced induction, i.e. a supercharger, turbo, or nitrous. I have required no repairs since I have owned the mach. Although my 3rd gear sychronyzer is starting to go, and my clutch is starting to slip a little bit. However I do push her pretty hard on the weekends and at the track. The interior is pretty simple, the black leather seats are very comfortable. Exterior is very unique and stylish. I have been known to get 26+ mpgs on the highway. As far as city driving goes, you better be ready to pay, not to mention the car requires 91 or higher octane. The fun factor is always there, put it this way, you will never hear me say that this car is not fun to drive.

Fast. Really really fast. Beautiful. Leather interior in black and grey. 2 door but 4 seater. Front wheel drive. Beastly engine lol (he growls). Holds 6 cd's at a time.

It transforms everyone who sits in the driver seat. It starts when the engine comes to life with the rumble from the exhaust. Then its just a matter of seconds as the driver runs through the gears on a full throttle rocket launch of a ride. Talk about performance... The only thing negative about this car is me not have buying one sooner!!!

This car is Great, fantastic power! It is extremely comfortable and the Clutch is perfect. Its easy to drive and the Shaker is a huge throwback to the old school machs, and its functional! I prefer the cobra style bumper though

Overview

The Mustang Mach 1 returned in 2021 after a 17-year hiatus. Since its inception in 1969, the Mach 1 has always been the all-around Mustang performance variant, offering not only dramatic straight line performance, but handling to match. The current Ford Mustang Mach 1 has a 470hp 5.0-liter Coyote V-8. Oddly, the 2021 had 10 more horsepower and lb.ft. of torque than the 2022, but the top speed is identical. The Mach 1 is standard with a six-speed manual, but available with a 10-speed auto, both driving the rear wheels. The Mach 1 robs a lot of things from the Shelby parts bin, including the GT 350 oil cooler, intake manifold, oil filter adapter, and front and rear subframes, along with the GT 500 rear axle cooler and rear diffuser. Like other Mustang trims, there’s a Handling Package available, which promises to take your track performance to the next level.

Key Features

  • 5.0-liter V-8, standard six-speed manual transmission
  • Bright door speaker surround, Dark Spindrift aluminum instrument panel, Mach 1 instrument panel badge with unique chassis number, premium floor mats with accent stitch, illuminated scuff plates with logo
  • 12-inch LCD digital instrument cluster with MyColor, gauge pack
  • 19-inch Tarnished Dark-Painted Low Gloss aluminum wheels, hood accent stripe, bright 4.5-inch exhaust tips

Pricing Details

The Mustang Mach 1 has an MSRP of $56,270. Used examples on CarGurus range from $8,995.00 to $69,999.00 with an average price of $24,938.46. The major option package that impacts price is the Handling Package that includes wider, staggered front and rear wheels, bigger tires, a performance spoiler with a Gurney flap, performance front splitter, revised chassis tuning, black rear wheel lip molding and adjustable strut top mounts, totaling $4,500.
