Since we drove far to get there, the manager, after a bit of back and forth, offered to deliver it to somewhere nearer to us. And, to his credit he did. The problems were that the manager would make arrangements that he wasn't empowered to make happen, so things didn't happen as we were told they would. This caused a few misunderstandings and annoyances, enough to make us think twice about working with them again. However, they delivered a car as advertised at the advertised price, and after negotiating, they did everything that they said they would do, which is more than you can say about many other car dealers.
