(15 reviews)It has 120,000 miles and still going strong. It has always been good in the snow. It has hauled everything that i have put behind it. The only problem is the sun viser fell off. I do wish it was worth a little more now. I also need to get a few dents taken out
The Cummins motor is the best diesel in the industry. My only complaint is the factory auto transmission, or the 48RE. If you plan on modding your Cummins, then atleast a torque converter and valve body are a must. These motors are capable of over 1000 hp with basic modifications.
the only downside to this truck is that I have the 47RE transmission, and the 25 HP standard output motor. Cummins of course. 141k miles so far
Overall it's been a very good and reliable truck. I would buy another one, but would not be opposed to looking at other options either. Very little maintenance costs involved in the 7 years that I have owned it. I have an upgraded exhaust system which gives it an extra growl, but actually decreased the mpg. I was hoping for the opposite.
Everything about this truck is excellent the power towing looks, the only repair I made is rear pinion seal but the truck has 99000 miles on it. Gas is hight coast about 100 buck to fill it. It does excellent off road it has 33x12.50r18 on it with a 2inch lift.
