the car is good its nice inside it has power windows central locking etc and its spacious and very good with petrol. it also has low kms for a 10 yr old car and still goes well. it does the job

Goes good on gas but very less power. Build quality is average, nothing great. But for the $, its good deal. Cost of ownership is very less. Not a fun to drive. Appearance is OK. New model is little refined. Just for going office.

Its a reliable little car that has good handling is great in the snow. Is great on gas milage and is going to be a great little project car for thunder road once i get a new car. Its fun to drive now and i cant wait to see what it can do with a little money.

it dosent look super awesome or anything but it does what it claims.

Unfortunately, I'll probably be giving this car to my daughter soon. It's been a fantastic vehicle even though I haven't always had the money to take care of it like I should. After 12 years it's a lot louder than it used to be, but it still starts right up and has a lot of zip. There have been some repairs, but nothing out of the ordinary for a car this old -- except for the windows. Three of the cars windows have malfunctioned, and this is not an uncommon problem with the Elantra of this vintage. I paid to have the driver's side, front window replaced. I replaced the passenger's side front window myself (and saved a bunch, it was pretty easy considering I'm NOT handy). The driver's side rear window has been broken for over a year. I have it rigged to always stay in the UP position.
