Used 1999 Ford Expedition 4 Dr Eddie Bauer 4WD SUV for Sale near Amarillo, TX

The ford expedition is a fun SUV to drive. It is so high off the ground that I can see the roof of an explorer. Performance wise it is very good. I haven't had to do much work on it. It is incredibly easy to do oil changes on. My expedition has the eddie bauer trim package ( leather seats , sunroof and 6cd changer in the armrest.) MPG really stink , it only gets about 13, but it is very safe and makes driving in winter a breeze. The only real issue I have had with the expedition is the rough shift . When the engine RPMs are high the gear shifts feel vaguely like being kicked by a mule; but that problem can be avoided by relatively slow acceleration.

Low fuel economy. It has been very reliable and practical. It is tough with good off-road traction. powerful AC and heater for any weather. Very roomy and comfortable for long trips. Good for short daily commutes, hauling boxes and people, and going on road trips.

Love the space and the power, the heated seats for winter and the great color and style of the Eddie Bauer. We bought this one 9 years old with less that 90k and it's just like a new one to us and we love it. It has been a bit of a gas eater, but well worth the $4000 we paid for it.

Not much to dislike except fuel mileage sucks its a good family vehicle has a DVD player in it it's 4x4 I like it cuz its nice size and I can fit in it with no problems and it's comfy
