(29 reviews)I've loved this car since the moment I got in it. It handles well, has been really reliable, and has been a ton of fun. My dad bought me this out of sentimental value (he got a Camaro as his first car), and passed on the sentiment to me. I would recommend this car to anyone.
Performance is good, great breaking and handling, ok acceleration. (v-6) Appearance is awesome... obviously. Fun factor is through the roof... BUT this car is in the shop every 2-3 weeks. It gets horrible gas mileage. I call it the beautiful turd, because it's great to look at, fun to drive (when it's working) but it's a piece of dung. Only get one if you're a mechanic.
The quality of my camaro is amazing, currently it has almost 160k miles on it and it hasn given me any problems (but thats what you get with a chevy) it might have 3.8, 6 cyl but it has power, the handling is great, and has no problems comming to a stop. I love the way the camaro were designed both the interior and exterior look great, not so much room in the back, but if you buy one of these your shouldnt care too much about room. This car is alot of fun to drive and i would definatly buy another and suggest that you get one youself!
It's a Camaro. I mean, what more can I say ;). Seriously, it has a V6, that feels like a V8, that gets nearly 30 MPG on the highway. It has a KILLER sound system, that will literally shake the windows in the houses you go by (not that I'd ever have the sound that loud, of course, LOL), and it's a t-top model, so you can have an almost convertible on a pretty day, and a hardtop coupe on rainy ones. I seriously doubt I'd trade it for anything, because it is perfect for the commuting college student. Oh, did I mention that it is super reliable.
I love this car, even though I'm going to sell it. Performance leaves a little to be desired. My camaro is stock. I hear you can improve the 3.8 V6 pretty easily, but I've never really had the money. The passenger window is really slow to roll up and down, I think it might be on its last legs again. Great looking car, excellent paint, leather interior (seats arn't terribly comfortable, but they are fine for a few hours) Never had any problems mechanically. MAF sensor went bad, and window went bad, both where cheap to fix however. Overall I love this car. Love RWD, except in snow. Love the looks I get while driving it. I will really miss it when its gone.
