Rude, pushy and wanted to add $3,000 in "dealer" fees which included a paint warranty and GPS. A car advertised for $8,000 turned out to be $11,000. I found the exact same model at another dealer and only paid tax and license. I will never return here.

Dealership had a lot of cars but the one we were interested in was dirty inside and we couldn’t test drive it because the tank was completely empty. We called ahead to let them know we were coming to test drive that car and they did not bother to look it over or pull it out and have it ready for us. Turns out the fuel door was broken, thus the empty gas tank. Although this was a dealership, they seem more like a cheesy generic used car lot. Waste of time!

I had an great experience, I came out to Newman after looking online for the car I was interested in. Alex Ajuria was very attentive and helpful upon arrival until the purchase was complete , I definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to head over to ALM in Newnan and ask for Alex, you won’t be disappointed.

Great guy super helpful. Just wasn’t the right car for me at this time.

Called him up and he had a very bad attitude with me for one, sent me the wrong information, and after asking if he can hold the vehicle for me for some time after buying because I'm deployed with the army he told me no which was fine. But that wasn't just it, in addition to saying no he out right siad I can't do an't any business with you and hang up!

It could not have been easier. My wife was impressed at how quickly all the paper work was done. This was a home buy. The car was brought down from Show Low to Phoenix The driver spent over an hour to demonstrate the new features for the car. They earned the 5 star rating and more. The price advertised was the price of the car. The car was nice and clean. My wife asked about the new car smell. I would gladly recommend Hatch Toyota to anyone.

This 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus FWD it was joke this car has been sold 2 week ago I ask if it was in the lot, ther reply was yes. NOTE it still post on there wed site!! what a waste of time.

Very poor customer service! More concerned about the sale and making money than making sure they sale quality used cars. Had an issue discovered the next day after purchase and they refused to fix it. Now I'm out of $600!!! Not fair!!! Avoid this rip off place!!!

Straight forward salesmen. The price you see is the price you're getting, there is no trying haggle the price. So if you're looking to knock down the price, this isn't the dealership. Lol. Overall a good experience. Answered all and any questions I had.

Buying a car has NEVER been so easy! I LOVE my new Jeep!

Place is absolute junk. Called before hand to make sure the truck was there and was told the truck was there in excellent condition. After driving 2 hours there they tell me the truck didn’t pass inspection because of motor problems and wasn’t there. After I leave I call to see what they say about the truck. They then say the truck sold yesterday. 3 different stories in one day. Place is an absolute mess. DO NOT GO THERE

They truly value their customers and reputation. All of the cars that I got from them so far are of amazing quality, never had an issue and driving them is a pleasure. I recommend this dealership to everyone!
