This is a very solid car that I would recommend to anyone who asked. Mechanically, one of the best and most reliable anywhere. Good breaks, comfortable ride, and communicative steering add to this to make it a joy to drive. No problems whatsoever over the course of the 23,000 miles I put on it. If there is one drawback to owning this car, it is the poor fuel economy. I got an average of18 mpg, getting as much as 23 and as little as 13. However, I still highly recommend it as a sound, safe investment.

This has been a great Jeep. Reliability has been pretty good. I've had the fuel pump go bad on me and the fan clutch and water pump, everything else has worked perfect. The transmission is starting to have a couple issues with shifting from 2nd to 3rd and it is a common problem with the vehicles but once rebuilt the rebuild kit comes with a better seal that fixes this problem. The Orvis is fun to drive in the snow and performs excellent off-road. During the summer months it is kind of bland to drive because on-road handling is weak. I would never sell it and I'm going to try to keep it going forever.

I love this car. It drives smooth, it's fairly quiet, it's the sharpest turning car I've ever seen, it's built very solid, I take it out and beat the crap out of it all the time and nothing seems to really hurt it, although the paint is quite scratched. It has great suspension and it sits a fair ways above the ground, the only thing sticking out from under it is the rear differential. It's got both driver and passenger side airbags, ABS, and a reinforced body so it's safer in rollovers. Great car.

Best Car I have ever owned. Very reliable and will go any where.. Rain, snow, ice, mud, deep woods, it just goes.. Pulls like a mule.. I haven't gotten stuck with it ever.. I love my Jeep. Almost no maintance even after 175,000 miles, it just keeps on going. I will by another one, but untill my 4 month old son gets his licence I will keep driving this one. I have no doupt it will last that long and longer.
