Used Ford Contour for Sale near Miami, FL

The 2.5L DOHC engine is amazing! Mine, after a little bit of work, is pushing 240 horses to the front wheel. the five speed tranny is soild, but i know the automatics are junk. I call my connie my drag car cause it only wants to go in a straight line. Handling could be better. My only compliant is that at take off it wheel hops like no other.

The Contour was my first car, bought it in 2002 for $5500 when I was 17, and I loved it when it wasn't being fixed. Cost me alot of money in repairs, although nothing huge failed on it before I got rid of it. It had a very firm, sporty ride and handled extremely well, very fun to drive on twisty roads. It was the V6 SE model and it was Teal in color, which wasn't my favorite attribute I'll admit. If it wasn't for how unreliable it had been I'd probably have kept it awhile longer while I looked for a new car, but I'm very happy with it's replacement.

I wasn't too impressed with this car. I really wanted it at first. I got it from Weinle Auto Sales on Harrison Avenue and really the car was crap. I just needed a car really bad and wanted one even more than I needed it so I settled for this one. Once Chad got his GrandAm, I rarely drove this car, it pretty much sat there as a back up. We both really liked his GrandAm and I can see getting that car again... but this one just wasn't the best car for me.

Well, when I've turned on the AC before, my brakes didn't work. The engine sounds funny when idling. Especially when AC is on. It cost 1,200 to buy and cost 900 for another engine to put in it and it still sounds like crap! But it doesn't die anymore at least. The drivers side window only goes half down...WOW! SUPER FUN!

muffler is starting to rust out so the car is getting louder and the belt squeaks. great gas mileage though.
