Given to me by my dad for college, it was great. Still today it is the best handling car I've driven regularly. The V6 DOHC was perfect for the car, great for highway driving. Not much space, however the front seats were designed for a sports car. Wish I could find a suitable replacement.

Initially they were way over priced....but have become quite a used car bargain! German design adds some quirkiness to the interior but the front seats are very supportive and comfortable. The V-6 makes it a fun car to drive but hard to work on since its packed so tight under the hood. The early SE and later SVT models are the ones to get.

Great Car for the original MSRP. Def surpassed expectations from its small 2.5L 24Valve V6 Engine. Tons of attention to detail in to the interior of the car. Unfortunatly it was still inteded as your standard family commuter and lacked durability after 100k miles of pulling the car's peak performance.

If it wasn't for the good gas mileage that this car gets i would probably try to convince my parents to buy something else because the car isn't very powerful or easy to look at and claim it as my car, but it does do a fine job of getting me from point a to point b efficiently

Power was awesome. The 5 speed gearbox wasn't bad, not great, but not bad. Braking was fine. Handling was excellent. Just enough handling to be able to keep the power in check. Build quality wasnt the best. I had weather stripping falling off and the dash parts falling off sometimes, but nothing big. The appearance was ok, even though I drove it 12 years after it came out. This car was not very reliable when it came down to the last few years. We had to get it fixed a lot, and soon we just junked it cuz I ran it into the ground. Very fun to drive because of the power. I peeled out everywhere I went because the manual was so fun.
