Dealerships near me (Zion, IL)

Worst experience i had at a dealership. This is the first big dealership that does not provide a carfax request. The vehicle i was interested in was overpriced according to the carfax that i had to pay for and to cargurus. The price was dropped a little under the actual market value after a few days later and they were able to negotiate the price by a few hundred dollars lower to. When it came down to financing , the car buying experience got worse. The financing guy made us feel very pressured in to buying. They ran our credit and told us we were getting the best apr through a bank but we waited to make sure so we took it upon ourselves to shop around only to find out that we were not getting the best apr , mind you it was the same bank they went through. What really killed the experience was the final breakdown of the sale. Numbers were changed and add-ons were added that weren't explained to us., it was almost 2k in add-ons. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Alex has been very helpful throughout the process. I'm not in the state but Alex has made it so easy and his communication is stellar. I haven't received the car but Alex said that they vet all the cars before coming and have a thorough clearing process before shipping the car-- I'm very excited :)
