Kind and try to help ease the process until I tried to negotiate then they close up and act like I'm stealing from them. But they want my trade for the least and to sell theirs for the most . And I want the best deal on they're car and get as much for my trade as possible. So it's the same either way. At the end of it all I didn't make a deal because they weren't willing to meet me in the middle. They were a 1000 off from making the deal.

It is clear he does not go over the vehicles on his lot. Driver's side mirror was broken, coolant leaking, and completely ignored me when I arrived. I had an appointment so he knew I was coming. Then he repeatedly called me to ask why I didn't buy the vehicle.
