Vehicle sold but was still on website from a purchase a few days before. Otherwise staff was responsive and professional

I contacted the vendor through CarGrus and heard nothing. I searched online and found a phone number and contacted that way. Salesman asked me to send pictures of my vehicle for a trade in amount. Never heard back. The next day made calls but no one called me back. The following day I got a text but not much information. I really liked the vehicle that they had but decided to move on. When a dealer starts sloppy it seldom gets any better. I bought a vehicle from another dealer later that week.

Turbo Motors went above and beyond to make sure I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. I will be sending my family and friends there whenever they are ready to get their next vehicle.

I scheduled to buy my vehicle on Thursday and they sold it on the Monday before!!! Horrible experience
