Our experience with the staff was good, but the added dealer fee (Vehicle Preparation Fee) they added (on top of Car Gurus price) was too much. They said it was added to all their vehicles and not negotiable. We were told the VFP for was for confirming vehicle maintenance before the listed for sale. Regarding the vehicle, it was only vacuumed out. The engine was not cleaned (dirty and leaves) and the wiper blades were torn. Pros, they let us take it for 2 test drives (hours apart).
