Sam was incredibly helpful, resourceful, and kind—by far the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. He was flexible with my schedule, encouraged me to take my time with the car, and made sure to walk me through every detail, down to the smallest nook and cranny.

Sent in a request twice to inquire if the car was available and no one responded. Eventually I got a notice from cargurus that the car was no longer available.

I called an made an appointment. They confirmed the car would be ready. When I arrived the next day, they told me the car was in storage in another state. Wasted a 35 minute trip each way..
