Dealerships near me (Woodstock, IL)

The dealership did not respond to my messages about this vehicle. I have no idea if the car was still available or not.

Responded quickly and followed up days later.

They tried to sell a vehicle that had the engine light on, after asking if they could service it they said the vehicle couldn't be sold. Why would a professional dealer not inspect the cars before showing to the public? They also messed up on the bill of sale a few times, and two salesman telling me two different things about finances. The help seem forced from them, like they didn't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I called multiple times and never got an answer or a called back i wanted to buy the car but nobody will call me back or they will not answer the phone.

Experience at dealer was one of the best I’ve had. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Time at dealer, I would say was average. From test drive to trade evaluation to financing and out the door with in 3 to 4 hours. Would definitely buy from them again. Evan our salesman was very well mannered and laid back, in a professional way.

They did resch out several times in a professions manner

I was not made aware until after I arrived this morning that the vehicle I was there to see had already been sold, after being assured by their team over the phone that I would be notified if it was no longer available so I would not waste a 2 hour trip down. On top of that I received a text 5 minutes before my arrival telling me they were all set for my visit this morning. They were obviously not all set. Sent to their Customer Care manager. Hopefully he can assist not having this happen to another customer.

I waited to receive a e-mail with information , but still I have not receive nothing

Jo was very helpful and straightforward

Received multiple messages and communication that the car was there and ready for test drive and scheduled an appointment. After driving 35 minutes and arriving, I was told it was actually in the shop having maintenance completed and not sure when it would be available. Complete waste of time.
