Dealerships near me (Woodstock, IL)

They tried to sell a vehicle that had the engine light on, after asking if they could service it they said the vehicle couldn't be sold. Why would a professional dealer not inspect the cars before showing to the public? They also messed up on the bill of sale a few times, and two salesman telling me two different things about finances. The help seem forced from them, like they didn't want to be there. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Communication with Tara and Trinity before driving down to Crystal Lake from Green Bay, WI was very good. Got quick responses to my questions. Worked with Dave when he arrived and everything went smoothly. During the process I got word my father was quite ill and Dave and then Vince in the finance department did everything they could to expedite the process so I could get back to him. We were impressed with Brilliance Honda and would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle from them in the future.

They did resch out several times in a professions manner

I was not made aware until after I arrived this morning that the vehicle I was there to see had already been sold, after being assured by their team over the phone that I would be notified if it was no longer available so I would not waste a 2 hour trip down. On top of that I received a text 5 minutes before my arrival telling me they were all set for my visit this morning. They were obviously not all set. Sent to their Customer Care manager. Hopefully he can assist not having this happen to another customer.

Jo was very helpful and straightforward

Received multiple messages and communication that the car was there and ready for test drive and scheduled an appointment. After driving 35 minutes and arriving, I was told it was actually in the shop having maintenance completed and not sure when it would be available. Complete waste of time.
