Everything went smooth

As soon as I inquired about the car the dealership responded quickly. I ended up setting a date to go see the car and take it for a test drive. Immediately after the test drive we sat down and talked numbers then they detailed the car and I left with it just a couple hours after arriving. Staff answered any and all questions that I had. Very professional top of the line customer service. I will definitely be going back in the future as well as recommending them to others.

Very disappointing experience. We negotiated a price, and I received a purchase agreement that did not include any protection packages. When I returned to finalize the purchase, they had added a protection package that I had already clearly declined. After I asked them to remove the optional add-on, they refused to honor the original deal and increased the price instead. This felt like a very unfair negotiation. If a price has already been agreed upon, customers should not be pressured into paying for optional products they already declined. Transparency and honesty should come first. I recommend that anyone shopping here review every document carefully before signing anything.
