Dealerships near me (Woodburn, OR)

I found the Vehicle online, i applied through CarGurus and got pre approved. They sent the info directly to the dealership, i filled our an additional app to check rates. I went with CarGurus. I was at the dealership for 15 minutes from walk in to drive off in my new vehicle with all paperwork signed, and down payment given. It was absolutely amazing!! I would 1000% recommend CarGurus and Hilyers MidCity Ford!!!!!!

Honest and communication was great. He was able to compare a vehicle at another lot and was honest about the differences and even though we chose the other vehicle, we would 100% recommend this dealership to our friends.

Very disappointing experience. I was genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The salesperson told me he would contact me, but I never received a call. I followed up by email and never received a response. I even completed their online credit application because I was serious about financing and purchasing the vehicle, but I never received any follow-up regarding my application either. I was ready to move forward with the purchase, but the lack of communication and customer service made that impossible. If a potential customer takes the time to submit a credit application and shows serious interest in buying a vehicle, I would expect at least a call or email in return. Unfortunately, that never happened.
