Perry was wonderful as a salesman, he was able to find the right truck for my situation and Larry was able to get financing same day. The experience was unbelievabley painless and quick and easy, they wasted no time and by the time I stepped in the dealership I was out the door driving the truck off the lot within 30 minutes.

Great communication until car was no longer available. I found out via CarGuru vs Dealer. Unprofessional didn’t even offer alternative.

During the test drive the salesman did not answer questions regarding the car. There was vibrations, grumbling coming from the front and difficulty braking. Another salesman argued with my husband stating there were no issues with the car that it had gone through inspection in their shop. My husband felt grooves in the front rotors. I was handed a paper stating the percentage of wear on the brake pads. Bad rotors will wear pads down quickly. Bad shocks in back that needed replacement. No movement in price when trying to discuss these issues.

The buying experience was excellent. John and Teddy were prepared and easy going throughout the whole process. It was the quickest car purchase I've ever had.

They were responsive and helpful. I just realized how far away they were so it was gonna be difficult to go ever see the vehicle.
