Good communication however were unwilling to negotiate price

Queried on the availability of a car twice and never responded. Car was sold about a week AFTER I first inquired to which they never responded.

Dealer got back to me, I had questions regarding warranties and extended warranties. Their reply you are welcome to come in for a test drive. Why wouldn't they answer the question, I was trying not to waste my time or theirs... I think some dealers just want you to come in to try and persuade or manipulate people into buying a car. If I were selling something I would be upfront and honest, what's the harm with that, they could have had more than one star if they would have answered the question... Strange

They both very polite and kind. I bought two cars one day. One had a little bit of an issue and they were good in handling the issue and that says a lot. I would deal with them both again

Online the financing was denied. I was then contacted by a sales person that wasn’t friendly, argumentative and rude. That alone was a turn off and I was no longer interested in purchasing.

The car I came to see looked nothing like the photo shown in the ad. The roof is faded and color damaged. The hood has small spots on the front of it and it has a replacement bumper that is unfinished matte black. I walked around for about 5 minutes with the gentleman that works there outside taking photos. He never acknowledged me. I had to approach him
