Just spoke to dealer over phone. I didn't see the car in person

emailed dealer and answered quickly, set up date to test drive, had three different proposals terms to finance thru TFS because I’m a loyal Toyota customer (my third vehicle financed thru TFS) lower interest than the bank 4.99% 72 months established in the advertised sale for certified vehicles. Very good car salespeople priced to move stock.

I'm very happy with our purchase we came to see a car spoke with Tony and his a person so honest something you don't see any more that we purchase 2 vehicles from tony I feel we made great purchases but made a good friend

Waste of time filling out online forms etc , doing everything as asked and required including being qualified and approved. All verified, I even tried buying car online and couldn’t, had an appointment set up for test drive at one point I was told any time was fine. Was told by sales rep VIVIANA I would receive a call back after making sure all was good to go and a few hours later I’m online and I see the vehicle that literally caused my credit score to drop after running all paperwork to buy it has SOLD! …. I’m still waiting on call back!
