I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The salesman was rude and kept contradicting himself throughout the process. The pricing and financing information kept changing, and I never got clear, consistent answers to my questions. It made the entire experience frustrating and unprofessional. To make it even more disappointing, the car was exactly what I had been looking for for months, and I already had a preapproval through my bank. I was fully prepared to buy it, but I just couldn’t bring myself to give my money to a dealership that treated a customer that way. Because of the poor communication and lack of transparency, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
