I inquired about the 2020 Ford F-150 XLT on 2/25 and received a call shortly after. I was told the truck was at another one of their locations and was not ready yet because it was waiting on a part. I was asked if I was interested in anything else, which I wasn’t at the time, and was told they would keep me updated. What was confusing is that the truck was still listed for sale online even though it wasn’t actually available yet. After the initial call I didn’t hear anything further until 3/2, when they did attempt to call again, but by that point I had already purchased a different truck. If there had been updates sooner or if the truck had become available in a timely manner, I likely would have waited a few days to see it. The initial contact was quick, but overall follow-up communication could have been better.

They were responsive to my questions. After we came to an agreement on price they even stayed late to make the deal.

Bryanne from Shults Ford was very helpful and courteous. In fact she had the car sent to Shults Ford South so I could test drive it. I eventually purchased it.

Enjoyed discussing the truck and visiting the dealer. I didn't purchase it as the truck as it was a little to expensive for my budget. But overall I was very satisfied with their attention to detail.
