Poor communication, no action until you hound them, waiting 2 weeks to even take posession because of waiting for parts and registration. False promises made as to when it would be ready. Poor communication between Sales and Service depts. Salesman went on vacation and never filled in anyone as to the status of the vehicle so they called me wanting that information instead if asking service team about it. Waiting until last minute to do vin check, still no registration done after 13 days. Just unreal and a mountain of stress. Its like nobody cares. I would never refer them to anyone. You gotta stay on them all the time. Never again.

My coworker recommended I check out autogals and I'm so glad I did. They were not pushy at all and gave me a chance to test out a few options. Valerie was so helpful, I absolutely recommend them and will be back in the future.
