Dealer was easy to work with. Remember dealerships main goal is to make $$$$. So k ow that and understand what you need to ask and what you need to refuse. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience. No rush, no pressure.

I’m not really the kind to leave a review, especially to slander someone’s business. However, I’m disappointed in my experience with this dealership, I sent several inquiries through CarGurus but I never received a response. I then took it upon myself to call this dealership, upon initial interaction the lady over the phone was really nice but that immediately changed. I called about their 2008 4Runner they have listed, I informed the lady that I was interested in the vehicle and was ready to make a deal on it. I informed her I wanted to do everything remotely since my work hours are very long. I was ready to just pick up the vehicle after the deal was made but, she was completely disregarding my situation. She kept insisting and was forcing me to go the dealership to make a deal. I don’t understand why I just can’t get the process started and just pick up the vehicle? Such a nice vehicle but too bad they lost a potential buyer due to them not willing to help me remotely.

Bait and switch. I called for 2 months on this car. I passed on several cars like this one. I was told the car was not ready. Then I received a text to come in for a test drive. I called to schedule a test drive and was told the car was not ready. I would never buy a car from Deluxe Auto. Very unprofessional group.
