Dealerships near me (Westbury, NY)

My time in the dealership was a pleasant experience. Everyone was great in answering all of my questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I want to thank Dena Fabella for her patience and talking me through the process of buying the vehicle that was listed on their website. She made herself available on her day off, making sure i was very confident with my purchase.

The price listed online included a $2,000 discount that was for returning customers only but that was not revealed until I called to inquire about seeing the car. This was deceptive. I will never purchase a car from them.

I wouldn't know because I never received any response from the initial message. Also, it would be nice to know what the dealer fees are - I know they are not obligated to provide them in the listing, but I did ask for them in the message. I selected "yes" for whether the car is still available, but again I wouldn't know.

They called right away, and followed up with me many times.

very rude staff, pressuring me, not willing to do an independent inspection, being deceitful about issues with the vehicle - bad! stay away!
