I rated the price transparency a 3 star due to an add on for the brake light that cost $499.00 which was not made clear at time of purchase. Also the condition report was rated a 3 due to the passenger headlight being out. Was told if we fixed ourself we would be fairly compensated for it, they paid for the light bulb after I purchased it and installed myself.

Once the dealership offered me a trade-in value that was thousands less than had received from others, I politely told them that there would be no sale. I received many follow up texts trying to convince me to accept an offer that was well below KBB, including telling me that there offer was good for sale or trade-in - as if that made a difference. I felt like they treated me as if I were a young kid uneducated in sales and they could talk me into a bad deal if they just pestered me enough.

There seems to be a lot of AI involved in the buying process. You never communicate with the same sales person more than once. So there is no continuity in the process. You are always starting over with a different contact, so no progress is made.

Ethan is a great person before salesman. Straightforward and is willing to go the extra mile to guarantee great customer satisfaction.

They were very upfront. Not pushy and they made the whole buying and trading process smooth and it was literally the best dealership experience I have ever had. They took good care of us!! And we love our new vehicle!
