I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership than this one. Literally. From the moment I contacted them, my sales guy sent me videos of the car (I wasn’t local) and communication was straightforward, which I like. I’m usually a bit guarded when going to look at cars because car salesmen are usually sneaky and insincere, but BMW of Wesley Chapel is the first dealership I’ve been to where they’re not “salesy” and the price transparency and honesty of the sales manager is unmatched. I drove almost 2 hours and so glad I did. Super fast and easy transaction (delays in transaction was on my part but the team was ready) and amazing customer service for a car dealership. Even other salesmen that I wasn’t dealing with would acknowledge me before I even bought a car. For my next bmw I wouldn’t have any problem driving back out here. Definitely recommend

Took 40 minutes to find the car I came to see. Then after that test drive I asked what other options they have because over the phone I was told there were a few and in person was told there were none. Overall, they were just severely unprepared. I also HATED the trick they try to pull by putting charges on the estimate then conveniently taking them off when I ask about them. Just to make me think I’m getting a better deal or that it was just an “oops.” The sales guy Matt went as far as to blame his boss Patrick by mumbling and crossing off charges that made no sense. His manager Patrick got involved offered me some alternatives told me he’d go get that arranged and mind you this was 3.5 hours already. I get up because I’m ready to go and Patrick is sitting eating his lunch… Also they swore they couldn’t give me more than $500 for my trade in when I just got $1000 for it yesterday. 0/10 turned me off to subaru

The sales rep was a total professional.

I requested information from the dealership, it was a holiday and via email I was told they would reach back to me when they opened. I never heard anything else from the dealership.

Since since I bought the car online my experience was great the questions I didn't ask was the features I was expected inside the car wasn't there, but still the experience was great
