Unable to obtain basic vehicle history information in a timely manner, which as an informed buyer was necessary before making a 2 hour 15 minute trip to view a higher-mileage vehicle I was seriously interested in. Instead, I was repeatedly asked when I planned to come in for a test drive. Disappointed by the lack of transparency and the overall flow of communication in this case. I would hope the experience is better for local customers, who may be easier to prioritize.

I am impressed with my truck and very happy with my decision to buy it. The staff was very helpful. The deal, although more than what I wanted to spend, was just too good to pass up. The truck is in such good shape that I am not likely to need another one for...ever. Yay, LeadCar!
