Absolutely a waste of time dealing with Maguire Ford. Reached out multiple times inquiring about a new vehicle for sale. Spoke with 2 different sales reps over a 4 day period, neither rep would provide me with the information requested, "I'm working on it and will get right back to you", zero follow thru and zero call backs. Finally called again and got a helpful rep who looked for the vehicle and called promptly back to let me the know the vehicle just sold. Thankfully I didn't waste my time and drive down there. Unprofessional and zero customer service from the sales department. Shop elsewhere.

asked specific questions utilizing email did not answer my questions. told call I did not need to call if the questions were answered I would have called a most likely would have purchased the car!! When you post free shipping it should mean that!!

Did the whole buying process through text messaging. Emailed about availability and went from there. Was contacted by the auto loan lender, gave information, was sent documents via email, signed digitally. Got to the dealer to pick it up, signed 4 papers and was out within 10 minutes. Would definitely buy from them again.
