I have only good things to say about my experience at this dealership. I reached out to the dealership via CarGuru online search---the dealership response was very quick to respond to my inquiry, which is nice. They were also very good about working with me to schedule a time/appointment for me to come and look at the car before buying. The listing placed by the dealership was accurate--the car was exactly as described in the listing. I took the car for a test drive and the car was very clean---had been detailed by the dealership very nicely, and most importantly---the car ran beautifully. The customer service was fantastic---I live in a neighboring state so I was unfamiliar with the township/layout---the owner actually was kind enough to show us back to the interstate on his way home. The follow up from this dealership/owner was outstanding, related to customer service. I would/have recommend dealer to a friend---very positive experience.

Wonderful experience buying a car from this dealership. Very knowledgeable and patient, Barry explained to me the process and the car features. The entire process was flawless. They handled the paperwork with the loan people, because I had a previous car loan that needed to be paid off, but wanted financing with the same institution. They explained to me the Ford App as well and the type of oil I have to use. Very accommodating when I had to move a meeting and when I arrive earlier than the agreed time. Highly recommended.

Sales staff were great to work with. Got a fair deal and a good car. Process was too long due to under staffing at the clerical level.
