Dealerships near me (Washington, MI)

I left 1 star because I was forced to. Darin texted me and asked if I was still interested in the Acadia, I said possibly and he replied possibly?? I said yeah. Never sent any pictures of the vehicle, I’m not going to say yes to anything site unseen, and it’s not like I can test drive it - I’m from Minnesota. Not impressed at all - maybe Darin needs to figure out how to read people he’s trying to sell to. I’ve been in sales for over 25 years and you give the customer what they’re looking for, in my case pictures of the vehicle, then find out how interested they are.

Great experience

The vehicle has been publicly listed for nearly two months. Each time I contacted the dealership, I was told another customer had placed money on it. However, the vehicle has remained actively advertised with no indication that it was pending or unavailable. I was not given a belieable explanation, timeline, or the opportunity to place a backup deposit. Receiving the same response repeatedly while seeing the vehicle still listed has been frustrating and discouraging. As an African American man, this experience has been particularly disheartening. While I cannot say definitively why it was handled this way, the lack of transparency left me feeling uneasy and questioning whether I was being treated fairly. I simply wanted a fair and equal opportunity to purchase a publicly advertised vehicle.

I do not know if the car is available or if the dealership was trying to only sell what they wanted. They said the car was being held then asked how interested in it I was. Upon contacting another salesman they said it is available. Bad customer care
