I had a nice conversation w the salesman & I explained my situation to him. As I was leaving, the General salesman came over & REALLLLY wanted Me to sign & drive the vehicle away. He couldn’t understand that I couldn’t do anything that day, but if I could.. I would. I told him my hands were tied & he looked at my hands. Told him I was at another dealer & was getting ready to walk out as he was too pushy & that’s when he took a step back. ( He knew I was also talking about him). I have no problem going back there as the sales guy was understanding & I really wanted that vehicle.

As someone who has bought many cars, this is the most refreshing experience I have ever had at a dealership. There was no haggling, no hidden fees, no pushy salesman, just upfront and straight to the point. The price I was told over the phone during my initial inquiry was the price I paid walking out the door. A special shout out to Linden, who went out of his way to help me and stayed with me from the beginning to the end of the process. I highly recommend this dealer and will definitely shop there again in the future.

Customer service ok

Drove from Syracuse, NY only to find out the vehicle was sold while in transit! Was never informed from sales agent. I found out through a notification via Car Gurus.

If I could rate zero stars I would. I reached out with preapproval on a car they said was in stock. When I asked to speak with a sales rep, nobody was available and nobody contacted me. I called twice more and sent over my prequalification certificate from Car Gurus, which they never responded to either. Then, after I gave up and bought a car somewhere else, I noticed they dropped the price on the car I called about by $1,200. My suspicion is that they use the car I was interested in as bait to either get your information or for some other nefarious reason because they sure arent interested in selling it. I wouldnt buy a pack of gum from these people. Stay away!
