This sale did not work out due to lack of communication between staff at the dealership. Just as well, when I ask about assistance in obtaining MA. temporary tags to get the vehicle back to NY after purchase, I was told even though MA. does provide this Service they would not assist me in this process. Not sure I want to do business with a dealership like that.

Would’ve appreciated some more transparency with the dealer. I’m sure they knew about the condition of the secondary cats that caused the rattling noise but it’s all good and easy fix. Also listing that the vehicle has the Mark Levinson sound system when it does not. Overall experience wasn’t bad just wish there was a little bit more honesty. Everything else with the vehicle is good, I’m satisfied with my purchase, just a little disappointed with the slightly inaccurate vehicle description.

The AI auto responses were multiple and confusing. I wasn’t sure who I was talking to at any given point. A sales person never actually contacted me. I got conflicting information about purchasing out of state and asked for a sales manager to call me. Never heard from anyone. Bought elsewhere.

They are very attentive and great communication. I thanked them for their time.
