Great overall experience! Can't remember a car buying experience that was so non stressful. Krishna Mortensen the sales consultant was fantastic. We completed the purchase with great satisfaction.

We visited Volvo Cars Bellevue today with the cash on hand ready to purchase a vehicle based on what was communicated via email. Our salesman said he would be able to take off certain fees if we visited in person. However, our salesman was not there and our agreement in email was not honors when we arrived.. A few things listed in the Ad and on their site were not included and the salesman wanted to charge us extra for them when we got there. I wish i had not wasted my whole family's time and theirs today.
