Previous rental car from New York to Virginia, Texas then CA. Even certified, wasn't very old but paint showed signs of MANY car washes. I did't want to chance a previous rental from the East Coast. They did not have anything else that was comparable. The salesperson, kept trying to get me to buy anything, which wasn't what I wanted if I was going to buy a car. My last conversation with salesperson was not pleasant and I would not recommend dealing with them for that reason. If they don't have the inventory, they don't have the inventory. I ended up going to a different dealer and buying the car that I wanted. The experience at that dealer was much better. They went above and beyond to get my business. When you're paying for a luxury car and a lot of money, you want what you want. I got the feeling that it was just pushing to buy ANY car. I did have a few conversations w/ salesperson. No point to go in again when everything online, no new inventory, can't sell if they don't have.

I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Everyone I dealt with, especially our sales person, D, was a pleasure to deal with, polite, clear spoken, responsive. I did not feel pressured in the slightest at any point. If anything, it felt like we were working together to make the process go smoothly and me feel comfortable.

They were polite and professional and explain everything thoroughly as possible when running my credit. Finance was fast and also thorough. We are happy with our purchase
