Volvo dealerships near me (San Jose, CA)

Seems like a good dealership, they were good about texting. The only qualm I have is that I must have gotten somewhere between 16-20 e-mails and phone calls within a three day period. That was a little much

Previous rental car from New York to Virginia, Texas then CA. Even certified, wasn't very old but paint showed signs of MANY car washes. I did't want to chance a previous rental from the East Coast. They did not have anything else that was comparable. The salesperson, kept trying to get me to buy anything, which wasn't what I wanted if I was going to buy a car. My last conversation with salesperson was not pleasant and I would not recommend dealing with them for that reason. If they don't have the inventory, they don't have the inventory. I ended up going to a different dealer and buying the car that I wanted. The experience at that dealer was much better. They went above and beyond to get my business. When you're paying for a luxury car and a lot of money, you want what you want. I got the feeling that it was just pushing to buy ANY car. I did have a few conversations w/ salesperson. No point to go in again when everything online, no new inventory, can't sell if they don't have.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We did not spend hours in the dealership going back and forth and certainly no high pressure sales tactics. They delivered on customer service, value, and valued our time. That part of valuing our time is much appreciated to us as a customer. I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for an Audi.
