Overall, the sales rep that assisted me and took the time to answer my questions and schedule a test drive, was friendly, respectful and kind. Although we didn't purchase the vehicle, I would consider this dealership in the future.

I’ll never deal with those lying people again! They told me the truck was excellent, no problems, no one had purchased it because it didn’t have a sunroof, I drove 104 miles to the dealership to maybe purchase even though the mileage was a little higher than I wanted. When I got in the truck the leather was delaminating from the dashboard very badly, the service manager said he would have the service department check it out and call me later that afternoon. I checked the internet and found out all the 2019 & 2020 Ram Limited trucks had that problem and Chrysler wasn’t doing anything about it. Oh and the manager never called me back that day. Totally unprofessional !!!!!!!
